The following basic awareness courses are designed to help Code users understand the objective-based approach of the 2005 National Model Construction Codes. The seven Modules in each course explain the terminology and concepts of the objective-based approach supported by real examples using Code provisions. A summary at the end of each Module can serve as a quick reference in the future.
